Want to find one or more statements in Sion? There are two ways to quickly find what you need, we’ll go over them both in this article.

Note: Depending on if you are a host agency, independent contractor, or in-house agent, you may see different filter options. Not every user has access to every filter.

Global Search

The global search function allows you to look for any data from any place in Sion that matches your search terms. For more information on how to use it, see the article here.

Filter Bar

In the filter bar you have several options for finding statements. First, click Statements in the top menu to open the Statement page.

Next, select the Contractors or Agents tab based on the results that you want to see.

Now you can use the filters bar to change what’s visible in the queue. The filter bar is located on the left of the Contacts page.

Note that at the top of some filter categories, there is an ellipses icon. If you click the ellipses, it will show more options for selecting (or deselecting) multiple options at once.

Some filters will also have a magnifying glass icon that lets you search that section. For example, if you know the name of a contractor that you want to search by, you can click the icon and then enter the contractor name instead of scrolling through the list of agent names.

Here’s a breakdown of the different filter options (note that contractors and agents will have slightly different filter options):

  • Date - Select the time period that you want to see statements for using the dropdown.

  • Status - Filter by the statement status. Statements can be Pending or Sent. For more information on changing statement statuses, see the article here.

  • Contractors/Agents - Filter statements by the intended recipient.

Note: As you filter contractors and agents, you’ll notice that the top summary sections (Statement Count, Total, Sent, and Pending) will also change. These summaries show the dollar amount of each category based on what’s visible in the queue below.
