If your account has the correct permissions, you can adjust the status of statements. Statements have two statuses for record keeping purposes. Which two statuses you see depends on if the commission statement is one that you need to pay out or if the commission is one you are expecting to come in. Both will be explained below:
Outgoing Statements:
Pending - The statement has not been paid out yet or a similar state
Sent - The statement has been sent and paid or a similar state
Incoming Statements:
Pending - The statement has not yet been received in your accounts or a similar state
Received - The statement has been received and paid to you or a similar state
There are no notifications or further actions taken when a statement status is changed. Changing the statement status is simply a record keeping feature that may help you organize your statements.
There are two ways to update a statement status. We will go over both in the sections below:
Update a Status on the Statement Page
Click Statements in the top menu to open the Statement page.
Locate the statement you want to update. Click the dropdown to the right of your statement and select the appropriate status.
Your changes will automatically be saved.
Update a Status Inside a Statement
To add a new comment to a statement, first find the statement.
Once you’ve found your statement, click to open up the individual Statement Details page.
On the right, find the section with the statement details. Click the dropdown in the bottom right and select the appropriate status.
Your changes will automatically be saved.
