You can mark a client inactive to make it easier to locate clients based on their status. On the Clients page, use the Status filter on the left to find clients based on whether they are active or inactive.

To mark a client inactive, click Clients in the top menu.

Locate the Client you want to make inactive and click the Name.

In the side window, click Edit Details in the top section.

In the Edit Client window, toggle the Active switch in the top right to become Inactive.

To reactivate a client, simply toggle the switch back to Active.
