You can mark a client or supplier inactive to make it easier to locate contacts based on their status. On the Contacts page, use the Status filter on the left to find clients and suppliers based on if they are active or inactive.
To mark a contact inactive, click Contacts in the top menu.
Locate the contact you want to make inactive and click the Name.
The contact profile will open. Click Edit in the top right.
In the Edit Client window, toggle the Active switch in the top right to become Inactive.
To reactivate a contact, simply toggle the switch back to Active.
