You can easily merge two or more contacts into one. Merging is helpful in situations such as misspelled client or supplier names with different bookings. When you merge the contacts, all of the associated bookings are consolidated under one name.
Click Contacts in the top menu.
Locate the contacts you wish to merge. Mark the checkboxes next to the applicable contacts.
In the top right, click Bulk Actions and select Merge in the dropdown.
The Merge window will open. You will see a list of all of the contacts you selected to merge. Click the contact that you want to keep. All bookings will be moved to the selected contact.
The contact with a green checkmark will be the final contact. The exclamation point icon next to a contact name means that name will be erased.
When you’re done, click Merge.
