If you are the owner of a Sion account, you can transfer ownership to another employee.

Note: If you are just looking to move bookings from a team member that has left the company, consider editing the individual bookings. You can also merge the team member’s account with another employee to transfer the remaining bookings.

To transfer ownership, click your username in the top right of Sion. In the dropdown, select User Profile.

This opens the Your Sion Profile window.

Click on the Role & Permissions tab.

Use the Employee dropdown to select the agent you want to give ownership of the account.

Double-check your selection and click Transfer Ownership. The selected employee will now be the owner of the Sion account and have full administrative access.
