A live statement from Sion allows you to make an online payment immediately or set up an offline payment.

First, open the statement email, which will look something like the picture below. You might need to copy the statement number for later use. Click the View Statement button to open the invoice.

If the statement was sent “private”, you will need to enter the Recipient Email Address and the Statement Number. Paste the statement number from the email and then enter the email address the invoice was sent to. Click Access when you’ve entered all of the information.

Depending on the agency's settings, you may be able to make edits to the statement or request changes to the invoice. For more details on making changes to an invoice before payment, see the article here.

When you’re ready to pay the invoice, click Confirm in the top right corner.

From there you can choose to either Pay Now or Pay Offline. If you do not see a Pay Now option, then the agency has turned off online payments for this invoice.

Selecting Pay Now will let you pay online with ACH or Credit Card depending on the agency settings.

Click Pay Offline if you prefer directions on how to send payment via check, cash, or another offline method. Payment directions will be available as a PDF download after clicking Pay Offline.
