Scorecards in Siro are a data-driven performance evaluation tool that gives sales managers visibility into how well their team is executing each step of the sales process. They help managers quickly identify both best practices and areas needing improvement, making coaching more targeted and effective.
đ What do they measure?
Process Metrics: tied to bookmarks, which track whether a specific step happened during a recording. Because process steps are binary, the resulting score for each step will be either 0 or 100, depending on if the step was performed.
Skills: how well a rep performed specific selling skills. Scores are variable depending on the AI-graded rubric for that skill, and may fall anywhere between 0 and 100.
Communication: speech analytics (ranges for metrics like pacing or speaker share). Communication metrics are calculated on a binary 0 or 100 basis, with 0 indicating a value outside of the ideal range, and 100 indicating a value within it.
𧎠How are they calculated?
Weighting: during scorecard configuration, your team is able to dictate how much impact each category has on the overall score (from 0-100% of the total). Category weights are visible when viewing the performance breakdown within the scorecard.
â Key Benefits:
Performance Visibility: quickly identify top performers and areas for improvement
Process adherence: ensure your sales team is following key steps of your sales process
âď¸ How can I edit them? If your account has the Scorecard Configuration tool enabled, an Org Admin can edit scorecards directly under Admin â Scorecard Configuration in the left sidebar â add or reorder sections and metrics, set category weights, tune AI prompts, and adjust color ranges. If you don't see this option or want help setting it up, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Why do I have a recording without a score? Scorecards are only generated for conversations where our AI can detect a full sales conversation that includes a greeting, middle section, and closing. Incomplete or non-sales conversations may result in no score being returned.
