Group Admins can create workflows and control form visibility to keep their master form library private.
In this article:
Group Form Access
This system helps Group Admins securely store their health and safety forms with complete privacy controls. These forms are not visible to any organization under that group and can only be shared using the form privacy workflow in the Group Admin Console.
To do this:
Log in to the Group Admin Console
Go to the Organisation Tab
Click on the Pencil Icon to edit the Org
Click on the Organisation Form
For access Select or Unselect the form
Close & Done!
Workflow Setup
The Workflow process helps H&S managers to efficiently manage, record, and document occurrences on a site, while providing full traceability. It is designed to make reporting incidents, recording activities, and requesting approval easy and streamlined. Standardized Workflows can be created at the group level for consistency throughout the organization.
The Form Builder now includes an Advanced Settings section to support advanced configurations for workflow functionality. Following are 2 form configuration settings:
Note: Currently Group Admins do not have visibility of orgs that changed a Group workflow, nor can they revert to a previous version.
