Downloading Application:
The minimum requirements are Apple iOS 16 or later and Android 8.1 or later. You can download Site App Pro from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store on your Mobile Device.
Open the App Store or Play Store on your device and type Site App Pro
Click on the Site App Pro icon to start the installation process
Open the application once and you will be taken to the Login Page
Logging into the App
When the application has been downloaded, you can log in using your email and password. If you do not have a username or password, ask your Site App Pro admin to add you as a user on the Admin Console.

Navigate around the App
There are two different ways you can set up your App:
Option 1 - Mobile Home Page
Option 2 - To-Do List
The Home Screen
From the Home Page, you can:
Add a Profile Picture
Select your Site
Check in to the Site
Complete your Site Induction (one per Site)
Access the Hazard Board - This will indicate the number of new hazards you need to acknowledge (this is not available to Essential).
Report an Incident
Complete Forms or Tasks on your To-Do List (this will indicate how many forms you have required to complete today on your To-Do List)
Your Engagement Score
Access the Form Library

To-Do List
Any Scheduled Forms
Pinned Forms for that Site
Any Forms assigned to your User Group
Any Corrective Actions assigned to you
Any Forms you've completed will have a Green Tick
Any Forms you've saved as a Draft will have a Grey Pause icon
The Menu
The Menu provides shortcuts to other parts of Site App Pro.
Open the Menu by tapping the three bars in the top right-hand corner.
From here, you can view:
Your Profile - To view your personal documents and information (e.g. Site Safe Passport)
Resources - To view your company's documents
Sites - To view site documents and details
Equipment - To view your company's assets (Vehicles, Plant, Etc.)
Tasks (Corrective Actions)
Saved Forms (view completed forms)
Sign out of your account
