The Users section allows administrators to add and manage user accounts, controlling access to various modules and permissions within SitePad CRM.


Adding a New User

To add a new user, complete the mandatory fields:

  • First Name

  • Surname

  • Email

  • Region (if turned on in Preferences)

Complete the optional fields if necessary:

  • Position

  • Monthly Target (used to track target revenue in the Revenue Report by BDM)

  • Telephone

  • Mobile

  • LinkedIn Profile

  • Administrator (grants access to most permissions, allows creating other users, and deleting any record)

  • Whitelisted IPs Only (restricts the user to log in only from whitelisted IPs in More Settings)

  • Business Development Manager (allows assignment to records requiring a BDM)

  • Customer Services (allows assignment to records requiring a Customer Services user)

  • Can Access Leads Module

  • Cc'd on New Leads (receives an email when a lead is created)

  • Cannot Log In - Email Recipient Only (allows selection as an email recipient when creating notes only)

  • Can Request PDF/CSV Reports (allows the user to generate reports in most modules)

  • Can See Other Users' PDF/CSV Reports

  • Receive Reports by Email (notifies the user when a report is ready to download)

  • Can Create Mailshots

  • Can See Other Users' Mailshots

  • Can See Other Users' Tasks

  • Can Amend Approved Quotations

  • Can Access SitePad AI

  • Rows Per Page (sets the default number of rows displayed per page in list views)


Barbour ABI Panel

If Barbour ABI authentication details have been set up by the SitePad administrator, this panel will appear.

To enable Barbour ABI for a user:

  1. Tap Edit in this panel.

  2. Check the Has ABI Account checkbox.

  3. Enter a Username and Password.

When a lead is favorited in Barbour ABI, it will automatically appear in the Leads module under the default New status.


Region Access Panel

This panel allows administrators to limit the user's access to specific Regions.


Preferred Our Offices

Tracks which internal offices the user belongs to.
