The Prospect / Lead Statuses pane allows users to customize the different statuses shown in the Kanban and list views in the Prospect and Lead modules.
Adding a Prospect/Lead Status
Tap the New button.
Type a name for the status.
Choose a colour.
Hit Save to add it to the list.
Editing a Status
Tap the name of the status you wish to edit.
Rename it as needed.
Hit Save to confirm changes.
Status Options
For each lead status, the following options can be configured:
Is this the 'New' Status? – Ensures that this status is used for newly created prospects or leads.
Is this the 'Won' Status? – Ensures that this status is used when a prospect or lead is successfully converted.
Is this the 'Lost' Status? – Ensures that this status is used when a prospect or lead is marked as lost.
Include in Count? – Determines if leads in this status should be included in the overall prospect or lead count.
Max Rows in Kanban – Limits the number of rows in the Kanban view to optimize load speed when dealing with large volumes of data.
Cannot be moved to: – Restricts movement from this status to specific other statuses.
