When you buy or sell through the SIX app, you will be able to see the status in Portfolio>Orders once you've submitted the order. If the order status is showing as failed this could be for a few reasons.
System timeout- occasionally there is a temporary system timeout that causes orders to fail.
A change in the price of your order- if the price of the stock goes up or down while you are submitting your order, this may cause your order to fail. Submitting a market order will reduce the likelihood of this happening.
To troubleshoot you can try:
Clearing your cache and cookies
Logging in through a different browser
Using incognito or private browse
