My shares aren't showing in my investor centre account

If you have transferred shares to SIX, your old HIN with your other broker may not be active anymore so may show your holdings as zero until you link your new HIN.

You can link your SIX HIN by logging into the investor centre (eg. MUFG, Computershare) and adding in the new number and any additional holdings under that HIN should then populate. If you're having trouble finding how to link or add your HIN, check the FAQs of the share registry or contact them directly.

To find your SIX HIN, go to the menu in the top right of your SIX account and click through to Account Settings.
