At times, SIX will request you provide documentation such as additional ID in order to keep your account running smoothly and to meet our compliance obligations.
You may choose to send sensitive documents securely via a password protected document or one-time links. This adds an additional layer of security and assures that only those provided with the password or link have viewing access.
đȘȘ How to protect your document or ID:
One time links generate a unique URL which can only be viewed once. Once viewed, the information is deleted from the server and the link becomes invalid. There are many providers of one-time links such as Onetime Secret and 1time.io.
Password protected PDFs limit access to those provided with the password. Download your file in PDF format, and generate your password with Adobe Password Protect. Your preferred document provider may also have a password protect feature. Be sure to share the password with the SIX team when sending through your document.

As a general rule, sensitive information will be removed from shared inboxes once the relevant information has been checked.
