We've launched a new feature that lets carriers and other stakeholders who didn't create a transport provide more precise, narrower timeslots for stops.
This enhancement can dramatically improve tracking accuracy by fixing problems caused by wide, approximate timeslots:
Better ETA calculations
Accurate stop status tracking (On-time/Delayed)
You can update timeslots manually via the UI or automatically using our APIs.
Ready to start? This feature needs to be enabled. Check with the transport owner if that's okay, and then contact our support team to enable it!
