Note: Only account admins can access the Manage page to manage users.

How to Add a Teammate to Skand

1. Go to the Manage page.

1 Click on "ScrollArea".

2. Click "Invite User".

Pro tip: Check how many seats are left in your subscription under the user table.

2 Next, click on "ScrollArea".

3. Enter the user's name and email.

Pro Tip: You can assign a role and/or user group while inviting a new teammate.

3 Afterwards, click on "ScrollArea".

4. Click "Send Invite". The user will receive an invitation shortly.

4 Next up, click on "ScrollArea".

How to Resend an Invitation

1. Click on the username from the list.

1 Click on "Demo User".

2. Click "Resend Invite".

2 Then, click on "Resend Invite".

3. Confirm your action.

3 Click on "Resend Invite".

4. The user will receive a new invitation email.

4 Once that's done, click on "Edit user details".

How to Deactivate a User

Note: Deactivated users won't count towards your used seats.

1. Click on the username from the list.

1 Click on "Edison Weng".

2. Click "Deactivate".

2 Click on "Deactivate".

3. Confirm the action.

3 Click on "Deactivate".
