✅ Sending Reactivation Messages in SKED — Step-by-Step
Note: Reactivation messaging is available with a Pro or Enterprise subscription.
Step 1: Access Reactivation Messaging
Log in to your SKED Admin.
Click Automated Messages.
From the drop-down menu, select Reactivation.
Step 2: Compose Your Message
Click Compose to create a new reactivation message.
Fill out all required fields:
Review your message for accuracy, enable and save the message.
⚠️ Important: The message only sends when a patient reaches the exact number of days without an appointment.
Example: If you select 30 days and a patient hasn’t been in for 32 days, they will not receive the message.
