Iterating Designs

Skema makes creating design iterations easy through the options tab of the left toolbar. The options tab allows you to create duplicate workspaces, giving you the option to apply different building concepts to the same mass, and compare results within the same project.

To create a new option, first save your current project, this ensures you are creating a duplicate that is up to date. Next go to the options tab of the left toolbar, left click the three dots at the top right of the current option, and choose duplicate.

After the current option duplicates, an identical option will generate, rename the new option, and you can then change the massing, layout, or applied concept independently. These changes and results can be compared in the Key Figures tab.

Alternatively, you can click the "+" symbol at the top of the options tab, creating an unedited version of the original site.
