The RSSP is still a pilot and only available to students who are registered with UNHCR and living in countries approved for the pilot. UNHCR registration is a requirement of the Australian Government for the pilot.
This unfortunately excludes refugee students who are either located outside our pilot countries or unable to register with UNHCR for reasons beyond their control. We will review this in future with the Australian Government as we grow the program.
