2 minutes read |Steps to follow when experiencing slowness and errors on the Platform

If you experience slowness or errors while on the platform.

Following the steps below will allow you to resolve the issue and continue to work within the SkillPack Platform:

  1. Check the status page where you can see a real-time view highlighting our platform's performance. Click this link to head over to our status page.

Below is an image of how the status page looks when it is performing optimally:

If our platform is not performing optimally, you will see a status like the one shown in the image below. Just know that we are aware, and are working actively to resolve the outage.


If you notice that the Status Page is showing that the Platform is operating optimally, as shown in the screenshot below, however, you are still experiencing slowness or getting intermittent error messages while navigating the Platform. Please proceed to Step #2

2. Make sure that you are using the SkillPack Platform on a desktop computer or a laptop. Currently, the SkillPack Platform cannot be supported on a mobile device.

3. Try clearing your cache and cookies. You can head over to this link to learn how to clear your cache and cookies.

4. Ensure your browser is up to date. If you need to learn how to update your current browser, head over to this link here.

5. If you are still experiencing issues after following all the steps above, please conduct an internet speed test by going either to https://www.speedtest.net/ or https://fast.com/. Take a full-size screenshot of the results and share it with the SkillPack Support Team : support@skillpack.io
