If you believe that the failed job you received is incorrect, you have the ability to file a Dispute for the failed job.
Important information to know:
Resolution for failed jobs can take up to 1 month. The status of the failed job can be found on the reports page.
You have 7 days to file a dispute from the date when the failed job is received. You will not be able to file a dispute for a failed job that exceeds 7 days. Any disputes after 7 days will be rejected.
If you have any issues and need the Support team’s assistance, please explain why or why not you think your dispute is correct. Messages without reasoning as to why the dispute is or is not correct will not be accepted.
Correct Example: “I am correct because step 2 said to do X, and I followed step 2.”
