Please note :

  • As part of SkillPack's system governance rules, once a dispute is resolved, we cannot currently change the decision in the system.

  • You have 7 days to file a dispute from the date when the failed job is received. Any disputes after 7 days will be rejected.

To help you understand why you may have been penalized for a particular dispute, first I'd invite you to head over to your "Summary Report" dashboard.

On the dispute dashboard locate the job where a dispute was filed and copy the Job ID.

Once you have copied the Job ID, navigate to the "Disputes" dashboard then search for the job ID.

After locating the job ID on your dispute dashboard, you will see an arrow icon. Click on the arrow icon to reveal the dispute's resolution, which will explain why you may have been penalized for the job you completed.

In this screenshot example, you see that the resolver selected No-Fault.
The resolver comment also states: "No fault due to phone error".
