When you sell CS2 skins for balance, the amount goes to your escrow balance until Steam's 7-day trade protection period ends.
Why is my balance in escrow?
CS2 trades are covered by Steam's 7-day trade protection. During this time the sale is not yet final, so the balance is held in escrow. You can already use escrow balance on the Trade page for CS2 skins, but not for Rust skins and not on the Market page.
How do I move it to my normal balance?
Wait until the 7-day trade protection period ends.
Contact us through the chat button at the bottom right of the site and ask us to transfer your escrow balance to your normal balance.
Once transferred, you can use it on the Market page.
The transfer is made at the normal rate. As with all balance, the Market page shows a lower amount than the Trade page; see Your balances explained.
What about Rust sales?
Balance from Rust sales is available on the Market right away. It does not go to escrow.
