Your balance looks different on the Trade and Market pages because the 40% deposit bonus applies on the Trade page only.
How does it work?
The Market page shows your balance without the bonus.
The Trade and Sell pages show your balance with the bonus: the Market amount multiplied by 1.4.
Both numbers are the same money. You can use every deposit on both the Market and the Trade page.
Can you give an example?
You deposit $10. The Market page shows $10 and the Trade page shows $14. If you then spend $10 on the Market, your Trade balance shows $0. The bonus is not a separate amount you keep; it only applies to what is left in your balance.
Why do I see CS2 and Rust balances?
On the Trade and Sell pages, you see a CS2 balance and a Rust balance. Your normal balance shows the same amount under both. Escrow balance from CS2 sales only shows under CS2, because it can only be used for CS2 skins.
What is escrow balance?
When you sell CS2 skins for balance, the money first goes to your escrow balance. See Using balance from CS2 sales (escrow balance).
Can I withdraw my balance?
No. Balance cannot be withdrawn as cash. Only deposited money can be refunded, and only if the full amount is still in your balance.
