Job colors

Assign specific colors to jobs for better recognition on the Scheduler

Written by Emma

Introduction

When you initially set up your Workforce Management company account, all Jobs synchronized from Customer Hub will have a default color of blue. These can be subsequently updated and assigned a color of your choice from a palette of twelve colors. Doing so will facilitate easier recognition of shifts when working with the Schedule. Review how to change job colors in Workforce Management below.

Navigation

Begin by logging in to Customer Hub, then navigating to Workforce > Scheduler.

Note: You will need Customer Hub credentials, as well as have manager or administrator-level access in Workforce Management to complete this task.

Navigate to Settings > Organization > Jobs. All jobs associated with your location will be displayed.

Click on a Job to see the attributes of the selected Job, including the ability to assign a color of your choice.

Select the desired color and click Save.

Any shifts of that Job type will now appear in the chosen color on the Scheduler.
