SkyWatch’s Add-In for ArcGIS Pro Satellite Imagery for ArcGIS now includes some changes on how you log in and access your SkyWatch Account. Previously you would have been able to directly sign in with your SkyWatch Credentials to access your account, this is no longer the case. We now offer the ability to directly link your SkyWatch Account with your ArcGIS Online account using a shared email address.

Provided your ArcGIS Online and SkyWatch accounts share the same email you’ll be able to link your accounts using the Add-In. Once you’ve signed into ArcGIS Pro you should see this view:

By clicking Create/Link Account you’ll be able to associate your ArcGIS Online Account with your existing SkyWatch Account. It is important to note here that both accounts must share the same email address. If you have a different email between your SkyWatch and ArcGIS Online accounts please refer to our What to do if your SkyWatch and ArcGIS Online Emails do not match user guide.

Clicking on Create/Link Account will open the below account linkage window seen below. Most details should be automatically populated, from here all that is required is to click Link Accounts.

This should link your ArcGIS Online account with your existing SkyWatch Account, all buttons should now be enabled, and you should be able to access all orders already placed in your SkyWatch Account.
