What to do if your SkyWatch and ArcGIS Online Emails do not match

Automatic sign-in to your SkyWatch account using your ArcGIS Online account details requires that the two accounts share an email address. If that is not the case and you have both a SkyWatch Account and ArcGIS Online account already our support team can assist you.

If you reach out to our support team they will be able to update your SkyWatch Account to use the email associated with your ArcGIS Online account. When contacting the support team please indicate that you need assistance updating your SkyWatch account email address, provide the email currently used in your SkyWatch account as well as the email used by your ArcGIS Online account.

Once this switch is made you will be able to link those accounts to allow for automated sign into the Add-In when you sign into ArcGIS Pro. To set up this linkage refer to our How to Link your ArcGIS Online and SkyWatch Accounts user guide. This linkage will enable you to access all orders already made in your existing SkyWatch Account.
