When creating an order, it will show you different statuses and messages.
Status of the Order
Pending - Order is in a pending state; data is being processed.
Active - Order is in an active state with our supplier.
Complete - Order is complete; this can mean data has been delivered (archive & tasking), or a tasking order has completed with no successful captures.
Failed - If the order shows a status of failed, please reach out to SkyWatch Support at support@skywatch.com. This can be a result of a processing error, or a payment error.
Inactive - Order has been deactivated.
