When creating an order, it will show you different statuses and messages, to keep you up to date on its progress.

The status for an order should transition through Pending -> Active -> Success.

Other statuses:

If the order shows a status of Failed, please reach out to SkyWatch Support at support@skywatch.com

If the order shows a status of waiting (for tasking orders), it has an end date in the future, and is waiting for additional data to become available in the future. It is progressing as normal.

If the order shows a status of retrieving, it has requested the data from the satellite provider but has not yet received it.
