Delivery Times
Delivery timelines depend on the type of data ordered. While Archive orders are typically fulfilled quickly, Tasking collection and delivery times vary significantly based on satellite acquisition conditions, weather, and orbital competition. The table below outlines Archive Delivery Timelines.
Regardless of the order type, delivery may be extended for large AOIs or technical processing issues. If your order exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact support@skywatch.com for an update.
