Lead Times

Satellite Provider (Constellation Name)

Lead Time

Notes

Airbus (Spot, Pleiades, Pleiades-Neo)

2-48h (72h in rare cases)

The higher the resolution, the longer it will take to deliver the data.

Planet (PlanetScope, SkySat)

30 minutes - 2 hours

Lead time is per image. If multiple images need to be evaluated due to cloud cover, mosaicing, etc., the lead time will be longer.

21AT (TripleSat)

3-5 business days

The higher the resolution, the longer it will take to deliver the data.

ESA (Sentinel 1 & 2)

15-30 minutes

The lead times above reflect the time to deliver the data from the satellite provider and process the data at SkyWatch.

For imagery from the past (archive orders), this lead time starts as soon as the order is created.

For imagery to be captured in the future (tasking orders) this lead time starts in the future, once the imagery has been captured by the satellite provider.
