EXPLORE users are not able to delete orders once they are placed.
If you wish to delete an order, please reach out to SkyWatch Support as soon as possible, to investigate whether the purchase can be cancelled, by the following methods:
Sending an email to support@skywatch.com
And including the following information:
The order ID
A request to cancel the order
Note: Archive orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. Tasking orders can be cancelled 24 hours before they begin to avoid charges. If you request a tasking order to be cancelled whilst it is in-progress, you may be subject to a charge if the supplier acquires a capture before or on the same day of the cancellation request.
When creating a pipeline, a request is automatically sent from SkyWatch to the satellite provider for the data. Due to the automation involved, in almost all cases SkyWatch is obligated to purchase the data from the satellite provider, even if the order is deleted before the data is returned.
