Order Status

EXPLORE order status summary for archive and tasking orders.


Archive

Active

  • The order has been submitted and received by the supplier.

Pending

  • The order is in a processing stage and will be delivered once completed.

Success - Results

  • All data has been delivered to the account.

Success - No Results

  • Your order has ended with no results delivered.

    • For archive: there is an issue with the data delivery. Please contact support@skywatch.com with the order ID.

Failed

  • The order has experienced an error during its delivery process. Please contact SkyWatch support for more information. Do not resubmit the order as this can lead to duplicate charges.


Tasking

Active

  • The order has been submitted and received by the supplier.

In-Progress

  • The order is currently tasking with the supplier.

Success

  • All data has been delivered to the account.

Success - Some Results

  • This status will return for multi-interval tasking orders. It means only some of your intervals were successful in returning data.

Success - No Results

  • Your order has ended with no results delivered.

    • For tasking: the order ended with no successful captures. You will need to place a new tasking order.

Failed

  • The order has experienced an error during its delivery process. Please contact SkyWatch support for more information. Do not resubmit the order as this can lead to duplicate charges.

Inactive

  • Tasking order stopped
