Order Status

EXPLORE order status summary for archive and tasking orders.


Archive

Active

  • The order has been submitted and received by the supplier.

Pending

  • The order is in a processing stage and will be delivered once completed.

Success

  • The data has been delivered to the account.

Note: If there is a success status, but an error message appears stating no data available to download, please contact SkyWatch support. The order may have been impacted by an error.

Failed

  • The order has experienced an error during its delivery process. Please contact SkyWatch support for more information. Do not resubmit the order as this can lead to duplicate charges.


Tasking

Active

  • The order has been submitted and received by the supplier.

In-Progress

  • The order is currently tasking with the supplier.

Success

  • The data has been delivered to the account.

Note: If there is a success status, but an error message appears stating no data available to download, please contact SkyWatch support. The tasking ended with no successful results.

Failed

  • The order has experienced an error during its delivery process. Please contact SkyWatch support for more information. Do not resubmit the order as this can lead to duplicate charges.

Inactive

  • Tasking order stopped
