Updated over 4 months ago

The content in this article is only applicable to HUB users. If you are interested in learning more about HUB or wish to upgrade your account, please reach out to support@skywatch.com.

This article summarizes the role of each HUB user; the permissions each role has on the HUB account and what restrictions are set in place for them.

Role Descriptions

SuperAdmin: Head administrator of the HUB organization account. These users have access to all features and permissions to edit account details, organization financing, user access, and order approvals.

Admin: Administrators have permission rights that allow them to manage delivered data, search, place, and download data, utilize HUB features (e.g., DirectView), and Add/Remove Users to the HUB account. They do not have the ability to approve orders, create projects, and set budgets.

Creator: A creator only has the ability to search for archive imagery, place orders, view and download all delivered HUB organization orders, and use the DirectView feature.

Reader: A reader can only search for archive imagery, view and download delivered HUB organization data, and use the DirectView feature. They cannot place orders on HUB.

If a user wishes to change their assigned role, they will need to contact the HUB account manager. If the HUB account manager approves the change, the manager will need to contact support@skywatch.com to finalize the role change.
