HUB accounts have access to order premium products that are not currently available on our application front-end. Our suppliers offer a wide range of sensors and product types, including but not limited to stereo imagery, hyperspectral data, elevation models, synthetic aperture radar, and various high to very high-resolution archive and tasking options.
Note: the set up for Product Library in HUB is similar to EXPLORE, but in HUB, you are able to submit feasibility requests for premium products.
To view all available products, HUB users can visit the Product Library page located on the main page.

Users can filter through all the products by selecting options for resolution range, order type, provider, sensor type, and product type.
Filter Options
Resolution: Select the minimum and maximum resolution range you are interested in by using the slider, or enter the values for both parameters.
Order Type: select the option of archive and/or tasking.
Provider: The name of the satellite provider.
Sensor Type: Type of remote sensing data; optical, elevation, synthetic aperture radar (SAR), and hyperspectral.
Product Type: Type of product to be delivered to your account.
Ordering Data
There are two pathways to order data through the Product Library.
On-Platform Data
If you select a product that can be ordered directly through the HUB application, you will see the option to "Order Now". Clicking on the button will take you straight to the archive or tasking page. If you wish to view an example of the product, you can download the free samples.
The option to "Contact Support" and view the "Order Parameters" of the data is available on the products page.
If you are needing to acquire on-platform products, but require parameters or AOI sizes that are not supported on the front-end, you will have to submit a feasibility study (see below).
This form will be sent to our Customer Success Team who will reach out to you once they have contacted our suppliers and concluded the feasibility.
Premium Products
To order any of the premium data products listed in Product Library (that cannot be ordered on the application directly), you will need to submit a feasibility request.
One you have submitted the feasibility request, our Customer Success team will work with our suppliers to acquire the necessary information. They will then reach out to you using your SkyWatch account email with a result.
