How Do I Attribute an Image from SkyWatch
How Do I Attribute an Image from SkyWatch
Updated this week

If you wish to use your SkyWatch imagery for media purposes, please keep in mind there are certain requirements by the satellite providers which must be followed.

These requirements are summarized in the End User Data License Agreement (Schedule A pages 4-5 & Schedule B, pages 6-12), with examples provided in the article below.

Note: It is recommended practice to contact our support team if you plan to use any imagery for media purposes, to ensure all requirements are met.

To determine the satellite source, and production year of your image, this can be found within the image's metadata file, which can be obtained using the steps here

Citation Examples:

Note: The examples below use the year 2023. Please replace '2023' with the production year of your image (the year from the Scene Start Time, in your image's metadata file)
