Access to Survey Reports On the Dashboard, you will find the latest survey that has been generated (whether active or completed), and you will be able to access its report by clicking on "View Full Report".

Likewise, if there are more surveys (Completed or Active), you can access them through the "Surveys" option located on the left margin of the screen.

Here, all the surveys you have will be listed. In the example, active surveys are displayed, as we have selected the section that meets this condition:

The reports are composed of 6 sections. The first one is REPORT, the second is PARTICIPATION, the third is FAVORABILITY HEATMAP, the fourth is NPS (in case it has been measured), the fifth is QUESTIONS, and the last one is COMMENTS.

REPORT

It is composed of several subsections. The first one is a summary of the survey results, which shows the Engagement Index, Participation Rate, Favorability, and other basic data of the survey.

NPS:

If the company decided to measure NPS, this indicator will show the overall result and will be modified as you apply the filters you select.

PARTICIPATION:

It is the % of participation achieved (number of people who responded out of the total number of invitees).

FAVORABILITY:

It is the % of favorable responses. It is achieved using a Likert scale of 1 to 4 (with 3 and 4 being favorable) or 1 to 5 (with 4 and 5 being favorable).

PARTICIPATION

This section shows the distribution of participation, broken down by Department (you can navigate within the departments up to five levels of depth, if they have been defined at the time of the population or audience setup), by Offices, and by Positions.

In the "Departments" section, you will be able to see (if you have dependencies) the participation of all of them by clicking on "All".

Likewise, you will be able to see the number of responses out of the possible number of participants in each segment, indicating the corresponding percentage.

Finally, you can apply an alphabetical or ordinal filter, depending on which one you choose to select.

HEATMAP OF FAVORABILITY

The heatmap (or heat map) is a double-entry chart that allows you to analyze the favorability results obtained by department, office, position, and/or manager (provided that this data is loaded).

In this heatmap, you can view the results using colors, seeing what percentage of favorability each color represents.

NPS

This section will only be visible if the survey has questions with this type of response.

The result is a number that can be positive or negative, depending on the difference between the "Promoters" and the "Detractors".

You can use demographic filters and observe the results according to the selection you make.

You can also view the segmented final eNPS results in the same way as in "Segmented Participation", using the same functions described in it.

QUESTIONS

This tab will show you the results for each of the questions or statements, as well as the results for each Dimension that groups them

You can also find the results of the questions that include multiple-choice responses.

COMMENTS

This section will become visible only if the survey allows for comments. Here, you will find all the comments from open-text questions, those categorizable with the 'comments' segment enabled, or those added under the 'Other' option in multiple-choice questions.

Within this section, you can better organize qualitative analysis by marking comments you have already read, highlighting ones you consider relevant, and manually assigning a sentiment (if you do not have the automatic analysis module) for later use with enabled filters.

FILTERS

The survey filter allows you to segment by all the preloaded data available in the survey you are analyzing.

You can access the "Filter" function by selecting the icon located in the upper right margin of the selected survey, which will open the screen with all the filters that you can use

You can see here what the available options in the filters are
