How to send reminders, modify validity, and end the survey that is currently active.

When a survey is active, you can perform any of the following actions: "End", "Cange Validity", "Send Reminder", or "Add Audience".

You should go to Surveys, confirm that it's under Active, and then press the 3 dots located in the upper right margin of the survey on which you want to perform actions.

End:

By selecting this option, you can close the survey before the set date, sending it to the "Completed" survey history, where it will be available for the corresponding analyses or cloning.

Change Validity:

By selecting this option, you can change the validity date up to which users who have not answered the survey will be able to do so.

Unlike the "End" option, in this case, you can provide more time for access before it moves to "Completed".

It's important to select the day after the actual day you want it to close, as access will be available until 23:59 of that day.

That means if you want the survey to be available until the 4th of December "inclusive", you should set the closing date as the 5th of December.

Send Reminder:

While the system sends an automatic reminder 72 hours before the survey closes, by selecting this option, you can send it manually.

Reminders will only be sent to those individuals who have yet to respond to the active survey.

The system will generate an email with a standard template, which is fully editable, allowing you to adjust it as you see fit.

Add Audience:

If you wish to add a user who was not previously included in an ongoing survey, you can do so through this function by following these steps.
