Network allowlisting for the User Management Dashboard

Updated this week

Why your district might need to “allowlist” SLP Toolkit's User Management Dashboard

Many school districts use strict web and email filters. Sometimes those filters accidentally block parts of SLP Toolkit—especially the User Management Dashboard and our invite/reset emails. “Allowlisting” just means asking your IT team to put our websites and email addresses on the approved list so everything loads and messages arrive.

Signs you may need this

  • The admin dashboard only half-loads (blank screens or endless spinners).

  • Invite or password-reset emails never show up, or land in spam/quarantine.

  • Downloads/exports start and then fail.

  • Staff can sign in to SLP Toolkit but can’t open the User Management Dashboard.

What to do
Share the list below with your IT team and ask them to add those addresses to the district’s approved list. That’s it—once approved, the dashboard and emails should work as expected.

Domains to Whitelist:

Email addresses to Whitelist:

If these emails are being blocked or going to spam/quarantine, please add them to the district's approved sender list.

Ports to Allow:

  • TCP 443 (HTTPS) – Required

  • TCP 80 (HTTP) – Optional (for redirects)

Additional Notes:

  • Jet Admin uses WebSockets for real-time updates. IT should ensure WebSocket traffic is not blocked for the above domains.
