Managing student profiles in your Toolkit account is straightforward. For duplicate profiles, you can either archive or delete them to maintain a clean and organized caseload.
First archive a student, following these steps:
Head to the Caseload tab and check the box beside each student you want to archive.
Click on 'Actions' at the top and select 'Archive Students'.
Confirm that you would like to archive your students.
If no additional menu options (e.g., three-dot menus) are visible, simply rely on the checkbox method as described above.
Then delete students from your Archived Caseload, following these steps:
Click on 'Actions' at the top of the Caseload tab and then select 'Show Archived Students'
Check the box beside each student you want to delete, select 'Actions', and then 'Delete Chosen Archived Students'
Enter the prompt (ex: delete 2 students) and then select 'Delete Permanently'.
Double-check the students selected to ensure no critical profiles are deleted accidentally.
Important Consideration
Deleting a student permanently removes all goals, objectives, and progress data associated with their profile. This data cannot be recovered once deleted, so exercise caution before proceeding with permanent deletion actions.
