How to Archive Students

Once a student moves off your caseload (for example, the student switches schools), you can archive them so they no longer appear on your active caseload list.

Before archiving the student, you will want to remove them from your schedule.

Remove student(s) from your current schedule:

  1. In the Daily Data tab, click on the name of your current schedule.

  2. Find your student's name from the drop-down menu on the left side of the page.

  3. Under 'Service Times', click on the minus (-) icon beside each service time listed.

Note: If you happened to already open a session the student was scheduled for (the session will appear blue vs. gray), the student will still appear in that particular event. You can open the session and click on the 'X' beside the student's name to remove them from that session.

Archive Student(s):

  1. Head to the Caseload tab and check the box beside each student you want to archive.

  2. Open the Manage Students menu and click Archive Students.

  3. Click Archive

    • If no additional menu options (e.g., three-dot menus) are visible, simply rely on the checkbox method as described above.

If you ever need to access your archived student's profile again, you can easily restore them back to your caseload by following the steps outlined here.
