If you have a traditional Monday to Friday schedule that you already created and would like to add into SLP toolkit here is the quickest way to do so, this will not work for rotating or alternating schedules.

But if you see your students at the same time from week to week, here's what to do.

  • Use the calendar to navigate to the first day you would like your schedule to start.

  • Then on the agenda page right click to select new therapy session.

  • Here you will add the start and end times of your first session of the day.

  • Type in the names of the students in that session and then make sure to click the schedule feature sessions box. This will allow you to name your schedule and select what day of the week you would like to see these students.

  • Repeat this process for the remaining sessions you have scheduled for the day.

  • Then click on the next day of the week to enter your session events for that day.

  • Continue until you have entered all sessions for Monday to Friday.

  • Last but not least open up your schedule and use the actions button to edit calendar details. You will need to add a start and end date based on the current school year. While you're here, you can also uncheck any full weeks that you have off for breaks. There is not currently a way to remove single days, but you'll be able to mark those days as absent on the agenda page.

Save changes and you are set to go if you ever need to make changes to a scheduled event. Perhaps you want to move a student to a different time or shorten or lengthen their session time you can do. So right here in the scheduler by dragging your students time block to the appropriate time.

And that's it!
