We are happy to help answer any questions or concerns you may have while exploring the app! Within your account, you will notice there is a question mark icon located in the top right corner of the screen. You can click on this icon to send us a message, explore our knowledge base, or share your feedback!

1. Send us a message: This will allow you to quickly send us a live chat message. Our agents typically reply to any questions asked within a few hours. You can also email us directly at hello@slptoolkit.com.

2. Search for help: This option allows you to explore our knowledge base which has many different articles and video tutorials to help you get the most out of our software! Simply type a word or phrase into the search bar at the top, or browse our collections to see all of the resources available.

3. Share your feedback: Have a feature request? We would love to hear from you! Click the ‘Share Your Feedback’ button to submit a feature request or feedback, or upvote a feature request that’s already been submitted by other Toolkit Besties. Check out this article for additional information.
