How to Share Feedback

We value your feedback and want to make it easy for you to share your thoughts with us!

The SLP Toolkit team would LOVE your feedback as you explore the software! There are 3 types of feedback you can share with us in the Help Desk.

  • Bugs - when a current feature is not working as expected (ex: a button isn't working, an error message appears, etc.)

  • Feature Requests - an improvement for a current feature that would make it even better​

  • Feedback - any general comments you'd like to share

Follow these steps to share your feedback in the app:

  1. Click on the Help Desk question mark (?) icon

  2. Click on the 'Share Feedback' button

  3. Look through feedback submitted by other Toolkit besties to see if it's already been shared - click on the 'heart' icon to upvote the feedback

  4. If you don't see your feedback listed, click on the red 'Share Feedback' button and enter a title, brief description, and choose a category (i.e. Bug, Feature Request, or Feedback)

Have you ever had a brilliant idea for a feature you wish Toolkit had? Well now’s your chance to let us know! Follow the steps below to get started:

  • Click on the question mark icon in the top right corner of your screen when logged into your account.

  • Select ‘Share Your Feedback’.

  • You can browse suggestions that have already been submitted and upvote any idea that you also love by clicking the heart icon.

  • To add a new idea, click the ‘Share Feedback’ button.

  • Then, create a short descriptive title and a description of your idea.

  • If you have a screenshot or file that helps illustrate your feedback, you can attach it by clicking on the ‘Choose File’ button.
