Progress Monitoring Tools are tests and rubrics that cover a variety of subject areas and can be used to help you establish a baseline score on your students’ goals. They also help streamline progress reporting by tracking student performance over time.
To access and create tests inside of the app, you must first create and pull up a student in the Students tab, by clicking on the purple plus sign as all data on tests is associated with the corresponding student.
To view the hundreds of built-in criterion referenced tests in the app in the 'Students' tab, select the student you would like to work with from the purple drop down list, and let the student's data populate.
On the left side panel, select #3 Baseline Data/Progress Monitoring, then select 'Collect Baseline Data.'
You can search for tests by keyword, or filter by category. To find rubrics, search for the key word 'rubric' in the search box. Here is a list of the current Progress Monitoring Tests available in the app.
You can also create your own test by selecting 'Create Your Own' on the left hand side of the screen.
The 'Preview' button allows you to open a test for viewing purposes only. The 'New' button will open the test and assign it to the student.
