Rubrics are a method for measuring dynamic communication areas. To access the rubrics in SLP Toolkit, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Students tab and choose the student you’d like to work with.

  2. Scroll down to the Progress Monitoring section.

  3. Click Collect Baseline Data.

  4. In the search bar on the left, type “Rubric” to see a list of available rubrics. Want to make your own? You can do that too by following the steps listed here.

We recommend that you attach a blank copy of the rubric you are using to measure IEP goal progress to the student's IEP. You can print the rubric and attach as a hard copy with the IEP paperwork, or upload the downloaded file directly into your IEP software. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Click on 'Actions' next to the rubric's name, and select 'Print' from the dropdown.

  2. Once you select 'Print', the rubric will open in another tab. You can download or print it from your browser.
