If you don't want to create a custom assessment from scratch, you can create a copy of a pre-existing assessment and edit it from there.
Written steps
Open the Present Level Assessment or Progress Monitoring library from a student's dashboard.
Select 'Create Your Own' to build an assessment from scratch, or 'Copy' next to an existing assessment to duplicate and edit it.
Name your assessment and add any notes, instructions, or images.
Add stimulus items or questions, formatting text and adding bullet points as needed.
Click the plus sign to add additional items, then click 'Close' when finished.
