The Course Management section in Smart Arena provides a set of tools for creating, organizing, and managing e-learning courses. This feature allows administrators and instructors to oversee course content, enroll users, track progress, and customize course details with ease.
With advanced filtering options and intuitive navigation, Course Management ensures a seamless and efficient experience for managing all aspects of training programs. Whether designing new courses or monitoring ongoing ones, this section streamlines the process to enhance productivity and learning outcomes.

Search Bar Use the search bar (top left) and advanced filtering options to quickly find specific courses.

Filter courses by content category, active courses, archived courses and course type. See Advanced filtering. | |
Date Filters: Filter courses by all, now, past month, next month, custom, or set a custom date range. |

Custom date: Sort courses by creation date or other criteria using the dropdown.

Create New Course: Click the blue Create new course button to build a course in 6 steps. See Creating a new course. |

Enroll Users: Use the Enroll users button to add participants to a course. |
To enroll new users you have to first choose the course wish to add them to by marking the checkbox on the right upper corner of the course. |
Display Options: Switch between grid and list views or adjust items per page for easier navigation. |

Course details
The course details card in the grid view displays essential details, including the course title, subtitle, and type (e-Course), along with the start date, course status, and the instructor's name with a clickable link for more details.
By clicking on the title you can edit the course.
Learning activities data
Admins can use the gear icon on the card to access course settings and modify details as needed. Additionally, the Load learning activities data button allows for a review of learner progress, activity completion, and engagement data.
This is the data that appears. You can see how many users are enrolled, how many have started and completed the course and how many are certified.

Use the settings menu to manage your course effectively.
Access reporting: Use the reporting option to open detailed insights into participant progress and overall course performance. This includes metrics such as completion rates, assessment results, and engagement levels, which can help you identify areas for improvement or recognize successful aspects of your course.
Message: Send messages directly to learners enrolled in the course. This feature allows you to share important updates, provide reminders, or offer personalized support to enhance the learning experience.
Delete: Permanently remove a course that is no longer relevant or needed. This action is irreversible, so ensure the course and its data are no longer required before proceeding.
Duplicate: Create an exact copy of an existing course for reuse. This is particularly useful when designing similar courses for different audiences or when you need to make adjustments without affecting the original.
Edit: Modify course details, such as its title, description, content, or settings, to ensure it remains accurate and up-to-date. This option allows for ongoing updates to keep the course relevant.
Archive: Temporarily deactivate a course while keeping it accessible for future use. Archiving is a practical option for preserving course data and structure without making it visible or active for learners.
Link: Generate a shareable link to the course for easy access. This feature is ideal for promoting the course to specific groups.
