Creating a new course in Smart Arena is a key step following the development of content. Once the course content is ready, it needs to be organized and made accessible to learners through the platform. The course creation process allows administrators to define course settings, manage participants, and structure learning paths. This ensures that the content is presented effectively, meeting the needs of both the organization and the learners.
To create a new course in Smart Arena, follow these steps:
1. In the left sidebar menu, click on Course Management.
2. Once in Course Management, you will see the Course Management section, where existing courses are listed.
3. Click on the Create new course button, located in the middle section of the screen. This button is highlighted in blue.
4. After clicking on Create new course, you will be prompted to choose the course type. Select between e-Course, Live course and Survey.
5. Follow the course creation steps, which include setting general information, managing users, adding content, configuring notifications, and setting up certificates or other materials. For each type of course see e-Course, Live course and Survey.
6. Save and Publish: Once you’ve configured all necessary settings, save the course, and if you’re ready to make it available, publish it.
