Managing additional material is Step 7 in the course creation or editing process.
Including additional course material in e-courses enhances the learning experience by providing learners with supplementary resources to deepen their understanding of the course content. This step allows instructors to upload various files, such as videos, audio, documents, and images, ensuring that learners have access to diverse and engaging materials. The ability to download these resources from the course landing page empowers learners to study at their own pace and revisit key content as needed.
Adding materials
1. Click the Add course material button to upload files.
Fill in the title of the material in the pop-up. Use the description field to provide more details about the content, its context, or when to use it.
2. Upload the material via the Upload file button. Upload Options: You can upload various types of files, including:
Media files like videos or audio.
Document formats such as Word, PDF, or PowerPoint.
Images.
3. After uploading the material, click the Save button to ensure the content is added to the course.
The Added material may not be visible in the table right away. If this is the case, click Save and reopen the e-course, move to step 7 and the material should be visible.
Material visibility for the users: The uploaded materials will be available for learners to download from the course landing page.
