Organization Management Tab

The Organization Management menu in Smart Arena provides a suite of tools to manage organizational structures and related information.

Manage Organization


This section is used to set up and manage the details of the organization. On the page, you will find the following tabs:

General, where you can input basic organizational details. See Organizational settings.

  • Name of the organization

  • City

  • Address

  • Postal code

  • TIN Number (Tax Identification Number)

  • Country

  • Language (default language for the application interface)

  • Primary organization administrator

Personalization, for customizing the platform's appearance; here the following settings are displayed.

  • Subdomain

  • Favicon icon and Browser tab Name setting

  • Page design

  • Color profile

  • Login backround image and logos

  • Email header and footer

  • Terms and conditions

  • Public and private catalogue access

  • Content repository access

  • Automatic content approval

  • Outgoing email address

  • Automatic update of org. units

Organizational units

The Branches tab allows you to define and organize different branches or divisions within your organization. It is especially useful for larger organizations that operate across multiple locations or have distinct departments. See Org. units management.


Locations


Use this tab to specify the physical locations where the organization operates. This feature is helpful for tracking where learners or employees are based and managing resources tied to these locations. See Location.


Workplace

This section is designed to categorize and manage workplace-specific details. It could include information about teams, departments, or work environments within the organization. See Workplace.


Notifications

The Notifications tab provides tools for managing organizational communication. Administrators can configure notifications for specific events or updates, ensuring that relevant stakeholders are informed promptly. See Notifications.


Qualifications

This section is used to track and manage qualifications or certifications required for employees or learners within the organization. It allows for efficient monitoring of skillsets and training requirements.
